In beta — onboarding coaches one at a time
Start taking paying clients in an hour — without buying a domain, building a website, or writing your first invoice. Your client gets one private link: they sign your agreement, pay by card, and book sessions in their own timezone. It looks like a real practice, because it is one.
Illumenza Coach is in beta and we are onboarding coaches one at a time. Already a coach here? Log in. Clients arrive by the private link their coach sends — already started with your coach? Log in to your portal.

Say it’s nine in the morning and the person who said yes last night is expecting something from you.
You create your account. The Free plan costs nothing per month — Illumenza takes 5% only when a client actually pays you. An empty practice costs $0.
You connect Stripe. Your ID and bank details, entered once with Stripe directly. Client payments land in your account, not ours. Stripe occasionally asks for more before your first payout — worth starting early.
You build your first package. Six sessions, priced how you want, instalments if you offer them — with your coaching agreement attached. Clients accept it inside the flow, before they can pay or book.
Your page goes live. Start from a template written for a practice with no clients yet — who you help, how coaching works, what it costs — and change the words to yours. It publishes at coach.illumenza.dev/c/your-name: nothing to buy, nothing to host, no DNS to configure. A custom domain can come later, on Pro, if you ever want one.
You set your hours and connect Google. From then on, every booked session lands on your Google Calendar with a Meet link emailed to you both.
You send the link. Your client signs, pays, and books — in that order, with no account to create and nothing for you to chase. You are a coach with a paying client, and it is not lunchtime yet.
The fear isn’t the coaching — it’s looking like an amateur while asking to be paid. Every improvised tool has a professional version here.

A live page at coach.illumenza.dev/c/your-name from day one
Packages, session balances, per-session notes, intake answers, invoices and messages. The record keeps itself as clients sign, pay and book — so you open it before a session, not every evening.

Coaches can connect their Google account so scheduling happens where they already work. When a client books a session, Illumenza Coach creates that one event on the coach’s Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and emails the link to the coach and the client.
That is the only thing the calendar permission is used for. Illumenza Coach does not read, analyse, or share anything else on a coach’s calendar, and disconnecting Google deletes the stored access straight away. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What we add to your calendar
Coaching session — Hannah
Thu 10:00–11:00 · Google Meet link included
One event per booked session. That is the entire extent of it — the rest of your calendar is never read.
Run from Japan? 特定商取引法 disclosure pages are built in, and every session time is shown in each person’s own timezone.
Everything here is in the product today. Three things do most of the work:
Sign, pay, book — gated in that order, so a client cannot book before they have signed and paid. No account for them to create, nothing for you to chase.
Clients pick from availability you set once, in their own timezone. Each booking becomes a Google Calendar event with a Meet link, emailed to you both.
Send us your credential and a way to check it. A person verifies it against the awarding body before any badge appears on your page — so the badge means something.
And the rest of the practice
What it will cost when we open to everyone. Free is $0 a month with a 5% fee on what clients pay you, so it costs nothing until you’re earning. Pro is $50 a month with no fee: past about $1,000 a month in client payments, it pays for itself. Beta coaches keep Free for as long as the beta runs.
